Privacy policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains what information click2ink (“click2ink”, “we”) collects when you use the website click2ink.com and its tattoo design studio, what we use it for, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. Questions about it, or about your information, can be sent to info@clickin360.co.il.
1. The information we collect
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Google tells us your email address, your name and the address of your profile picture; we never see your Google password. With your account we keep your credits, when you joined, when you were last in the studio, how much time you spent in it, and whether you have used up your free credits.
Your work in the studio
- The messages you send to the AI artist and its replies, and the pictures and links you attach (for example an inspiration picture, a Pinterest link, or a photo of a tattoo).
- The designs drawn for you, and your projects: the tattoos, where they are on the figure, the figure’s settings, and a small preview picture of each project.
- A record of each message to the AI: when it was sent, the AI model and what it cost us. It is used to count credits and costs.
- A share link you create holds a copy of the figure and its tattoos. Anyone who has the link can see them, until you revoke the link or delete the project.
Purchases
Credits are paid by card on a payment page of morning (Green Invoice), and the card is processed by MAX, an Israeli licensed card-clearing company. Your card number goes to them and never reaches us. We keep each order (the pack, the amount, the date and whether it was paid) and the number of its invoice / receipt. morning issues the invoice with the details you enter in “My account”: your name and email, and, if you choose to add them, your phone number, tax ID and address.
The help chat
If you write in the help chat, we keep the conversation so we can answer you (with your email, if you are signed in). A conversation is deleted after 180 days without new messages. Your browser also keeps a copy of it, so it is there when you come back.
Technical information
Like most websites, our server records technical details of the requests it receives, such as the IP address, the time, the page asked for and the browser. They are used to keep the site secure (for example, to slow down repeated failed sign-ins) and to fix problems, and are kept for a limited time.
Analytics, only if you agree
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures how the site is used: the pages viewed, the device and browser, and the approximate location (country or city). For visitors who accepted, our server also tells Google Analytics when someone signs up, makes a purchase (the pack and the amount) or uses up the free credits. These are linked to the browser’s random analytics ID and to a random account number, never to your email or your name. If you decline, Google receives only anonymous signals without cookies (Google’s “Consent Mode”). The details are in the Cookie policy.
2. What we use it for
- To sign you in, and to run your account, the studio and your projects.
- To create designs with AI, as you ask.
- To sell and count credits, take payments, issue invoices, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To answer you in the help chat and by email.
- To keep the site secure and working, and, with your consent, to understand how it is used and make it better.
- To meet our legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting).
We don’t sell your information, don’t use it for advertising, and don’t send you marketing emails.
3. Artificial intelligence
The AI artist and the help chat run on OpenAI’s models. Your messages, the pictures you attach and your design requests are sent to OpenAI to produce the replies and the designs. OpenAI processes them as our service provider, under its terms (openai.com/policies). Please don’t put more personal information in your messages and pictures than the design needs; for example, you may crop faces out of a photo of a tattoo.
Designs drawn in the studio may be added by click2ink to the studio’s library of ready-made tattoos, which every visitor can browse. Only the picture of the design is added: never your name, your messages or your photos.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that run parts of the site for us, each for its own part:
- Google: Sign in with Google; Google Analytics (only with your consent); Google Translate, when you choose a language from the 馃寪 menu (the page’s text is then sent to Google to be translated); and the site’s fonts (Google Fonts).
- OpenAI: the AI artist and the help chat.
- morning (Green Invoice) and MAX: the payment page, the card payment and the invoices.
- Hetzner Online: the servers the site runs on, in the European Union.
- GREEN-API and WhatsApp: a message to the studio’s own phone when someone opens an account or buys credits, with the account’s name and email address and what was bought.
- jsDelivr: delivers the 3D library the figure is drawn with (it sees your IP address, as any website you load files from does).
Besides them, we share information only with the people you send a share link to, or when the law requires it (for example, an order of a court or an authority).
Some of these providers, such as Google and OpenAI, process information outside Israel and the European Union, including in the United States, under their own safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
- Your account, your projects and the designs drawn for you: until you ask us to delete them. You can also delete a project yourself, in Projects.
- A help chat conversation: 180 days after its last message.
- Orders, payments and invoices: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Server records: a limited time, for security and fixing problems.
- Analytics: for the retention period set in Google Analytics.
6. Your rights
You may ask to see the information we keep about you, to correct it, or to delete it together with your account, and you may withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time (“Cookie settings”). These rights come from Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 1981; if you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR also gives you the right to object to or limit the use of your information, to receive a copy of it in a common format, and to complain to your data protection authority. In Israel, the authority is the Privacy Protection Authority.
To use any of these rights, write to info@clickin360.co.il from the email address of your account. We will answer within 30 days. Some information we must keep by law even after an account is deleted, such as invoices.
7. Security
The whole site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). You sign in only through Google, so we keep no passwords of yours. Your information is kept on our server, where only the site’s own service and its administrator can reach it. No system is perfectly secure: if you find a security problem, please tell us at info@clickin360.co.il.
8. Children
click2ink is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
When the way we handle information changes, we update this page and the date at its top. If a change is significant, we will also say so on the site.
