Price VS. Quality:

There are thousands of companies selling ink and toner, what sets one apart from the other?  Good question!  What makes click2ink different is we adhere to a strict code of standards in regards to product quality.  All products sold are “A” grade.  When manufacturers produce remanufactured cartridges, the end result is never 100% “A” grade product so many manufactures sell there “B” and “C” grade products to online discounters.  The defect rate of these online retailers is skewed because most people will simply trash the cheap defective cartridge and not shop that site for ink again. 

Even worse there are some manufactures who sell or mix their inventory with A,B and C grade product, so a retailer will think they got a really good deal on product only to find out the product is coming back almost as fast as they sell it.

Also, printing or printer output is subjective.  What looks like a great picture to one person, can look washed out to the next.  A fax letter printed from a “B” grade product might look like a normal fax to some, to others it will show lines, smudges and/or faded print.

At some point , after a lot of frustration, people go back to OEM cartridges because they are so frustrated with poor print quality.  The “cheaper” cartridge actually cost them more in employee frustration and downtime so the pendulum swings back to OEM and all potential savings are never realized.
